The primary Box Office is outside the Multipurpose Sports Hall (near the Swimming Pool Complex) at Fatorda.

No! Once you buy a ticket online, you will receive an e-ticket in your email inbox.
Kindly carry your e-ticket with you on your mobile phone for scanning at the stadium gate.
We accept payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking, UPI and select Wallets.
We currently do not accept International Cards.
For a safe and enjoyable experience, we request Away fans to select the designated ‘Away’ supporters stand while purchasing their ticket.
You can purchase upto 10 Tickets of the same type in a single transaction.
You will have to enter the names of all 10 ticket holders during checkout. This information cannot be changed or modified later.
For eg: You can buy 5 East Upper Tickets for your mum, dad, brother, sister and you – in the same transaction, Enter their name during checkout and you will receive 5 different e-Tickets in your mail.
The name of the Ticket Holder entered during checkout will be used on the e-Ticket and is non-transferrable.
You cannot transfer your ticket to another person after purchase.
NOTE: Sale of Season Tickets for 2022-23 season has ended.
We have different season tickets on the basis of seating stands. They are North Upper, South Upper, East Upper and West Upper.
A Season Ticket guarantees you a seat at all 10 home games for the ISL season. This includes a Ticket Card that will serve as your e-ticket and other perks.

Yes, the Season Tickets will be available for sale at a discount before the season begins.
Keep checking the website for early-bird discounts and limited time period offers.
Yes, only a limited number of Season Tickets will go on sale. Once sold out, Season Tickets will not be available for purchase.
You can purchase Season Tickets on the website. We accept payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking, UPI and select Wallets.
Yes, you can purchase a season ticket if you live outside Goa. Make sure you enter the right shipping address during checkout.
If you live outside India, you can make a purchase with any of the accepted payment methods (except International Cards) and use an Indian shipping address.
Your Season Ticket Card will be delivered to you within 3 weeks from the date of purchase.
If you have not received your Season Ticket after 3 weeks, please reach out to us.
You can purchase upto 5 Season Tickets of the same type in a single transaction.

If you require more than 5 Season Tickets, you can make a new transaction or reach out to us.
Yes, but not in the same transaction. You can only buy a single type of Season Ticket in the same transaction.
For eg: If you have an East Upper Season Ticket in your cart, you cannot add another type of Season Ticket (West Upper/South Upper, etc). If you add a new type of Season Ticket, the previous product will automatically be removed from your cart.
